Q: I do not live in any of the states where The Number Series is sold, how can I place an order?

A: Unfortunately we are only able to fulfill online orders in a limited number of states due to state regulations. However, if you text “Concierge” to us at 325-230-2223, we will notify you once product hits stores near you.


Q: Can I purchase more than one bottle from The Number Series?

A: In order to make sure that we can share with as many of you as possible, we will be limiting each customer to 1 bottle only.

 

Q: Can I request a specific numbered bottle?

A: We will not be taking requests for specific numbers; however, each number will be produced only once. We encourage you to share your number with our online community as soon as you receive your bottle.


Q: Can I purchase a bottle for someone else as a gift?

A: Due to limited availability, each individual will only be able to purchase 1 bottle, regardless of where it is shipped.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All orders of the Number Series will start shipping the week of November 23rd. If you successfully placed an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Q: I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

A: All orders on shop.cincoro.com are final.

 

Q: I just received my order. Can I return it for a full refund?

A: Unfortunately we cannot offer returns at this time. 

 

Q: I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

A: Online orders for the Number Series will start shipping during the week of November 23rd. Stay tuned!
